Established in 2012, Bambu Technologies is a small outfit producing performance quality bamboo bike frames. They offer build-your-own workshops at the Bambu Hub, the main studio in Los Angeles. Like Elevation, Bambu Technologies’ build-your-own workshops emphasize the importance of mentorship, hands-on-learning, and providing skills that extend beyond one’s particular craft.

ELITE SPORTS CLUB is a premier youth sports program dedicated to using athletic competition as a platform to inspire youth to reach their full human potential.
In alignment with Elevation, Elite Sports Club believes in the unique role that team sports play in teaching the intangible life skills of grit, character adaptability, happiness, and optimism. There are understood as learned skills that can be cultivated through participation in sports.
Lane 9
Lane 9 was started for the purpose of teaching comprehensively as we:
LEAD the community.
AID in the inner cities through the athletic arena.
NURTURE each individual in life.
EQUIP in a healthy and holistic manner.
And display ALL of the NINE virtues at every occasion in our community: faithfulness, gentleness, goodness, joy, kindness, love, patience, peace, and self-control.
Lane 9 is also rising as a leader in tutoring services, as there is currently a 100% success rate for students with learning disabilities. These statistics range from as young as first grade up a 40+ year old adult school returnee. Here at Lane 9, we believe that they can do it and we believe that you can help!

City Ballers
City Ballers Athletics is a non-profit organization that uses athletics, and arts as a means of getting kid’s interested in learning. Through camps, clinics, sports fitness training, multi-media & music education courses, they have touched many lives. They understand that these programs are just the first layer of our mission. Their goal is to help create a positive identity by giving kids the tools they need to see beyond their circumstances. Elevation partners with CBA for external programs rooted in the same mission of promoting wellness and education.
The Los angeles Lakers Youth foundation
The Los Angeles Lakers Youth Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 organization and the official team charity of the Los Angeles Lakers. The Foundation’s mission is to help underserved youth develop their potential by providing positive experiences and resources in education, health and wellness, and sports. The Foundation also awards grants to other charities that support youth through direct services and programs in these areas.
3.1 venice magazine & design studio
Under the guidance of EIC & Creative Director, Taylor Barnes – , 3.1 Venice produces a bi-monthly publication about the Venice Beach community and the world it influences. The design studio applies their creative design skills, content development, and marketing knowledge to private label branding and publication design, as well as social media development and web design.
United in harmony
United in Harmony is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization that was established in 1989 as a response to homelessness and poverty facing children in our community. United in Harmony’s mission is to provide impoverished children with hope and opportunities. United in Harmony’s overnight-camp program (Camp Harmony) is designed to help children develop positive self-esteem and to thereby inspire and empower campers in their future endeavors. At Camp Harmony, children grow through interactions with teenage and adult role models while experiencing nature, exploring arts, sports, and an array of other enriching activities.

It only takes a few minutes in the King Drew Gym to understand that something special is happening here. A DJ spins classic Hip-Hop anthems, the announcer shouts out local hoops pioneers, and the scent of tacos wafts from tin-foil wrappers. The enthusiastic crowd — a diverse mix of every ethnicity, culture and age group — is a testament to the unifying power of sport. For the neighborhood residents,The Drew League offers the remarkable opportunity to witness the athletic feats of the world’s greatest basketball players right in their own backyard.
